More thankfuls

I am so thankful for family, near and far (though I wish they were all near). We are so blessed to both be from large loving families. And each and every one of them are so very special. I could go on and on about family. I am very close to all my siblings, and it is really an amazing experience to suddenly have more family surrounding you when you get married. I am really enjoying getting to know all of Chris' siblings as well. As the years go on, I feel like I get to know them all better and better and they-and all the wonderful spouses my siblings married- feel like brothers and sisters--forget the "in-law", it's not necessary.

And because I have these really cute pictures of Ava in her "Audrey Hepburn dress" from Uncle Patrick and Aunty Laura, I'm going to add those on to the end of this post--because you know I can't do posts without pictures.

This is my FAVORITE! I love how she looks like a little ballerina.
