This post will be quite brief because we spent VERY little time in Capitol Reef NP. We passed through the same day that we saw Bryce Canyon at sunrise and Arches near sunset. Capitol Reef was our stop in the middle right around lunchtime.
We stopped there, took a scenic 2 mile round trip trek up to the
Hickman Natural Bridge,
and jumped back in the car to continue our road trip (Arches was our next stop that day).

I was LOVING all the bright, almost neon greens in the budding spring trees everywhere! A beautiful contrast to the orange/red rock formations.

The picture above on the left is the natural bridge (up close). I think Chris has more which I'll put in a later post that show it from further away.
A kind couple offered to take a group shot, which was one of two group shots we got (not counting the group selfie from the Arches post) from our Utah National Parks tour. :)
