More books from the library to aid our study of various artists. These ones, of course, are about Claude Monet. He was a painter who loved to be outdoors. He is famous for his paintings of water lilies especially.

We did some more "chalk" drawings using our handy dry erase crayons and wiping with paper towels for effect. I must admit that I am loving drawing and painting with the girls. It's relaxing and they like it better when I'm doing it too.
